Group Yoga class with Alex: Wednesday, 11 a.m.
Everyone can participate at their own level in an encouraging and relaxed environment. The class incorporates Iyengar yoga, which focuses on precision of alignment and therapeutic applications. You will learn new ways to create better flexibility, balance and strength while enjoying a full body experience that will enhance your overall health and well-being.
60-minute class: $25. Space is limited.
Private Instruction available with Alex
Enjoy yoga in a more personal environment. Your session is completely customized around
you, your capabilities, needs and goals. My approach is down-to-earth, patient and supportive. No matter what challenges you have, we will work together to make sure you get the greatest benefit your body can attain.
Private session: One hour, $80 or 10 for $750; 30 minutes, $50 or 10 for $450.
