Whether you're starting a new exercise routine or a seasoned regular, there's never been a better time than now to make movement a priority.
Regular physical exercise is essential to healthy aging. And older adults have different needs than younger and middle age exercisers. The CDC recommends at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise 5 times per week for adults over 65.
Our programming for older adults focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and power, flexibility, balance, and agility.
To begin your program, we recommend meeting with one of our Personal Trainers for private training prior to moving into semi-private group training.
