Often, one smoothie can contain up to 5 of your 13 daily servings of fruits and veggie.! The best part about smoothies is that you don't have to cook!
Don't get me wrong, I love to cook! Food is a side passion of mine. It is often my creative outlet. However, these times of COVID-19 lock down have required me to spend a lot more time cooking than usual. At first it was fun. Now, my creativity is diminishing and I find myself looking more and more at my Vitamix blender for quick meal inspiration. In my opinion, smoothies make a great meal replacement for Breakfast or Lunch.
