Seize the Day

Hi Everyone!  

I have another workout for you.  This one is similar to my last workout in length.  You have 8 exercises, 10 reps of each and you should perform 2-5 rounds based on your energy and fitness level.  You need weights, a mat and a ball if you have one.   If you are trying to lose weight, I recommend that you take a walk or light jog after 2-3 rounds.  If you are trying to get stronger, do it slower with heavier weights 3-5 times.  To work on endurance use light weights, little to no rest 4-5 rounds.   Play around with the variations and have fun!
