Hi fitness friends!
Since this virus is sticking around longer than we anticipated, I thought I would give you all a new workout to keep things fresh. Lets GO!
This series takes about 5 minutes to complete if you keep my pace. If you need to take a slower or faster pace, watch the video to get a general understanding of the exercises then follow the workout board that I included. Please modify accordingly and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions! I will be posting more workouts of various levels so eventually there should be something for everyone.
