Covid-19 may have our studio closed, but it will not stop us.
I have a fitness challenge for you today. Challenge 1 of a series.
Get outside and take a walk or run. Make it al least 20 minutes. When you return home from your walk, do 5 minutes of stretching. Use the stretches that we do after your workouts. Once you finish your stretches, take a minute and close your eyes and focus on your breath. As you breathe through your stillness, allow yourself to feel gratitude for the blessings in your life. Though we are surrounded by fear, anxiety and uncertainty, we are also surrounded by many blessings. You are all a blessing to me and I am grateful for each and every one of you. Text or email me after you have completed the challenge and let me know what you did.
