Pilates is a form of corrective movement exercises. Each workout focuses on pelvic and scapular stabilization, postural alignment, and rebalancing of the muscles around the joints.

Pilates provides awareness of improper movement habits that may be stressing the spine and causing pain. By performing Pilates exercises clients develop core strength which is the foundation of a healthy back.
