- PatchFitness - This is the most complete exercise and fitness program. It builds strength, endurance, flexibility, develops coordination and agility, improves cardiovascular stamina, posture, builds self-esteem, and torches calories in a short amount of time! Classes are only $5 and are held every Saturday at the studio beginning at 8am.
Personal:
At 33 I left a corporate career in pursuit of working my passion. Now, two years later, I am living my dream of coaching others as they strive toward their health and fitness goals. Nothing provides me more joy than witnessing someone gain confidence in themselves, or know that through their hard work they have been able to reduce or discontinue some of their medication. Working does not feel like work anymore.
