Fitness Experience:
- Life-long interest in physical fitness
- Aerobics instructor and personal trainer since 1993
- Enjoys working with Baby Boomers and senior citizens
- Pre- and post-rehabilitative training
Personal Exercise Focus:
- Never stop moving
- Variety is the key: walking, running, weight training, kickboxing, biking, yoga and Pilates
- Take care of your health, but make it fun
Fitness Philosophy:
“Exercise doesn’t have to be a chore; it should be something you enjoy each and every time you do it. If you find activities you enjoy, or find people you enjoy doing it with, exercise can become something you look forward to, naturally becoming a part of your lifestyle. I believe that little steps should be taken to implement change – rather than trying to do everything at once.”

Good wine and a lazy afternoon (okay, maybe a big greasy cheeseburger too!)
